Preparation of a Will

A Will expresses your wishes for the distribution of your assets after you have died. It cannot be changed after you have died except by a Court and there have been many occasions where a Court has changed the Will on the request of persons entitled under the Will or by Law. So it is advisable that when you make your Will you use an experienced and qualified solicitor to do so.
